If it is stated in the consent form that they are not responsable about the results because they can not predict how your teeth will react in the future then Theres is nothing you can do. You might want to go and talk nicely and request a refund. Most likely they will agree because they dont want bad mouthing
@angeliscindy I m sorry to hear that. It is very rare though. Normally it should last 6 months. I would go back to the same place and ask them to refund you all the money. It is impossible that in 5 days your results disappear. Go back to the office and ask for a copy of your consent form that you signed prior to whitening. It is your right to get a copy ( BY law They HAVE TO give you a copy of your records) Call the college of dental surgeons for advise. DO NOT mention the name of the dentist

@Shivaari If there is an existing filling on you front teeth (where bleaching material is applied) may be you are not gone like the result. Why? because peroxide doesnt have the capability to change the composite (white filling) color. so the color wont match
@IRONMAIDENFAN2006 Your wrong here. Dentists license is on the line if you lets say are allergic to Peroxide or you have exposed dentin or severe recession. So listen to what they say. After all they want to make money too

Its not the Oxygen that whitens your teeth but the Hydrogen peroxide that dehydrates the tooth. Thats what zoom does. It dehydrates the tooth giving it a whiter appearance. Peroxide doesn’t remove the stain its the prophy paste applied prior to whitening ..
