Hi,

Where can I find more information about Dentist (like which year graduated, which university, years of experience etc). I can’t find these information in United Corcordia. When I have called corcordia and asked about it, customer service said that “there are tooo big to maintain these information…”….I don’t undestand the logic..anyway…

please help.

Unless the dentist is contracted with United Concordia there is no reason for them to know the answer to this. And even if he/she was contracted with them they probably do not have the man power to input all of this information into their data base.

The easiest way to find out what year and school a dentist graduated from and how long he/she has been in practice is to call the office and ask. We are more than willing to give out this information over the phone. If the office staff hesitates to do this, ask why. If you are not comfortable with the answer, choose another dentist.
