uggg this scares me to death…. im getting a root canal done in 8hrs and im scared as can be …
Wow talk about overkill on that one, i made a rootcanal few days ago. the dentist had not done one before so he asked the other dentists and they showed how to do it and they only chopped it up,killed some bacteria, 2 months later,chopped it up cleaned roots,temp filling, 3 months after that open and clean roots,temp filling, 4 months i was back,they built the tooth up with some fake semen tooth paste thingy,done. no pain but shitty dentist made me pisst off. 1 year for 1 root canal filling. yay
i got one it was done with no pain numbing was good numbing started to go away and a little pain came then omg the worst tooth pain i have ever had occurred
I just got a letter from my insurance company that I need 3 Root canals talk about unluckiness i need 3 done

I used to be fine going to the dentist but then I had a bad experience when the dentist messed up and didn’t numb me fully and I felt it.She didn’t finish the filling and it spread into an abcese and it had to be taken out. Can you have a route canal under general anstethic? Please reply
Just ha one and I was scared. Didn’t feel a thing not even the needle. I would do this over a cavity any day.

Just had one today, and I just wanted to know what just happened to me. When They pulled my nerve out it hurt like HELL thou.
i just had this done today and have to go back again next week to finish it. i am terrified of the dentists needle, just the sound of it is enough to turn me into a gibbering wreck but i have to say this didnt hurt at all!! the tooth is a bit sore now but after all its gone through im not suprised but its way better than the toothache i had cos now i can eat without pain.
anybody going to have this done please dont worry, its no worse than a regular filling!!
