will it damage my teeth or gums?

will it be just as effective?

is the 14 day process scheduled that way for people who don’t have time (like i do) to sit around with teeth whitening strips in their mouth all day?

on the box, it tells you to wear them once daily, but you can wear them twice a day: once in the morning and once at night. Just make sure you brush your teeth before and after you use the strips or else any plaque or tartar on your teeth will cause spots on your teeth that do not get whitened. That can be really embarrassing, so make sure you brush!
