I know some people go and “get them whitened,” but what does that even mean? Can your dentist do that for you?
Can you just like, brush your teeth with some bleach, or would that like, poison you?

Bleach would not do you any good, that’s for sure. It may eat the enamel off your teeth or make them discolored? I believe that dentists use hydrogen peroxide in some form, although it may not be the type you can buy. You should ask the dentist. They can whiten your teeth safely. As I am sure you know, there are OTC toothpastes that whiten, but less than professionally.

This can be quite pricey to visit a dentist to get your whitening done but you may see a better result in the short term.

Teeth bleaching can also be done at home either by buying teeth whitening kits online or from your local dentist. Tooth whitening products actually help the best with long-term results because you are able to use the product on a more frequent basis.
